🔹 Project Overview
This personal project was designed with a strong focus on optimization and efficient asset production for a game-ready environment, while maintaining a consistent and polished art direction.
🔹 Work Done
Created 2 trimsheets (concrete and wood) to efficiently texture a wide variety of assets with minimal texture memory usage.
Modeled 50 props and 60 modular architectural assets, all fully optimized for real-time integration (lightmaps, LODs, texel density, etc.).
Built and showcased 3 different lighting moods, each reflecting a unique artistic atmosphere.
🔹 Goal
The main goal was to develop a fully modular and cohesive environment by making smart choices in terms of workflow, reusability, and performance optimization (trimsheets, modular kits, instancing, etc.).
